Bob Lilley comments - The guy with the tambourine - is my good friend Terry Rogers. A fellow folkie and a welder by trade, he helped me a lot with some of the mods to my Scamp, came along to a few picnics, and is now retired and living in Ireland. The balding head in the lower left corner is my own - I'm playing the squeeze box, as identified by the badges on the straps (they're still there).
Bob Lilley comments - My own Scamp, TUR 200M. Not sure if it was named Rum Tum Rugger at the time - it probably was, it has 2CV headlamps and the bonnet looks undamaged so that would help date the pic - ask Tyler, he has all the docs now. The location is the Mandry estate.
